Refund & Exchange Policy

If your product is found to be faulty within 7 days of purchase, please contact Yun Loong Global on 03-87238871 or by email to sales@yl-global.com. We will recommend the best course of action to get the issue resolved.

If your purchase is outside the 7 days period, you are still covered by the manufacturers warranty, the procedures for each of the main manufacturers is detailed below.

Duration of warranties are varies from 3 month up to 12 months from date of purchase depending on the products and manufacturer which will be stated on the product page.

PLEASE NOTE – The warranty does not apply, where:

• Repairs have been made or attempted by others.

• Repairs are requires because of normal wear and tear.

• The tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained.

• Alterations have been made to the tool.

• This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied or Damaged/Non-Working Items

If we have supplied an item incorrectly or if it is damaged when received or is faulty when received you should notify us within 7 days of receipt on 603-8723 or sales@yl-global.com quoting your original invoice number. We will supply you with a return number to be filled in the return form that must be enclosed with the returned goods.

Yun Loong Global will arrange the uplift of the goods. Should we, after inspection of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the goods. You will be charged the actual cost of the delivery and collection. 

PLEASE NOTE – inspections can take up to 1 month to complete.

It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged, please do not sign and refuse the delivery to be returned. 

PLEASE NOTE: Any special indent order is not Refundable and Returnable (non-defective/damaged)

When getting your item ready to send back, please make sure that the item meets the following guidelines:

   • The item is in its original box and original packaging and should not been used.

   • The product is securely packaged to avoid damage

  • The product is sent with all of its parts and manuals
